Every relationship begins with a private conversation. We take the time to understand your life, your preferences and the level of support you are looking for, then propose a tailored arrangement. We accept new clients by introduction and enquiry only, and take on a limited number at any time.

Most clients work with us on an ongoing retainer, which allows us to know your world intimately and anticipate your needs. We also accommodate single projects and seasonal support, such as a relocation, a period of travel or a significant event. Every arrangement is bespoke.

Discretion is the foundation of everything we do. Your information is never shared, and all engagements are handled with complete confidentiality. For many clients we operate quietly in the background, and that is precisely how it should be.

We are based in Johannesburg and look after clients across South Africa, Zimbabwe and the wider continent, as well as the UK and the UAE. Our reach is never limited to where we have a presence: because much of what we do is coordination, we support you wherever in the world life takes you, across time zones, around the clock.

As every engagement is shaped entirely around your needs, fees are discussed privately once we understand the scope of support required. Retainers are structured monthly, with bespoke and project work quoted individually. We are always transparent, and there are never hidden costs.

Scale. Most services manage thousands of members through a call centre. We deliberately look after very few, so that you are known personally and cared for completely. You deal with one trusted point of contact, not a rotating team, and that relationship is everything.
